Elton and the band will say goodbye to Boise, ID when they play the Taco Bell Arena on Saturday, October 10 as part of The Final Curtain Tour.

Andorra will become on the 18th of July the 100th country that Elton John has performed throughout his 50 year career, and will do it with a “Once in a lifetime” concert, for which tickets will be on sale 18 June.

As reported on Monday the concert promoter, it will be “the first and last time” Elton John (1947) acts in the Principality because, “after more than 4,000 concerts and fifty years of career” the Englishman is “slowly bringing down the curtain “.

“The truth is that I want to spend more time with my family and make fewer trips. I am very aware of the time that I have from now on. My children -of 4 and 2 years are growing so quickly that I want to be with them,” explains the musician in the note by the developer.

As he says, he can not “stop touring” but he will make fewer concerts and therefore “special events” such as Andorra give him “the opportunity to visit unique places where he had never been.”

The singer, who has sold over 250 million albums in his career, will give a concert with the themes of “Once in a lifetime”.

Elton John will perform, for the first time in his life, two days later at the Royal Theatre in the Universal Music Festival.
